Zent Recruit provides professional career support services, including but not limited to:

- Interview Scheduling

- Mock Interviews
- Weekly Progress Reports
- Assessment Assistance
- Offer Negotiation Guidance
The services available depend on the enrollment plan you select.
2. Enrollment Plans
Our enrollment plans include Launch, Accelerate, Executive, and Elite.
Each plan includes different features, service durations, and support levels as displayed on our website. Services begin after onboarding is completed and all required information has been received.
3. Success Fee
In addition to the enrollment fee, Zent Recruit charges a one-time success fee of 8% of your first-year annual base salary after you:
- Receive a job offer,
- Accept the offer, and
- Sign the employment agreement.
The success fee applies to any employment secured during your active service period or resulting from work performed by Zent Recruit.
4. Payment Terms
Enrollment fees must be paid before services begin.
The success fee becomes payable after accepting and signing a job offer.
Where applicable, installment payment options may be available and must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late or missed payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Attend scheduled interviews.
- Respond promptly to communication from our team.
- Notify Zent Recruit immediately upon receiving interview invitations or job offers.
- Inform us within 5 business days after accepting any employment offer.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
While we use proven recruitment strategies to improve your chances of securing interviews, Zent Recruit does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Job offers
- Interview invitations
- Salary levels
- Employer responses
- Employment within a specific timeframe
Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
7. Refund Policy
Enrollment fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, including resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, recruiter outreach, or job applications.
Refund requests submitted before work begins may be considered at our sole discretion.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice.
Cancellation does not waive any outstanding success fee owed for employment obtained through our services.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy.
Your personal information will only be used to deliver our services and may be shared with employers or recruiters solely for your job search.
We do not sell your personal information.
10. Intellectual Property
All resumes, templates, documents, career strategies, and materials created by Zent Recruit remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
These materials are provided for your personal career use only.
11. Limitation of Liability
Zent Recruit is not liable for:
- Employer hiring decisions
- Lost employment opportunities
- Salary negotiations
- Delays in recruitment processes
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the enrollment fee paid for the applicable service.
12. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any service or pricing at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country or state in which Zent Recruit is legally registered.
